Cancellation Policy

1. Services. Upon your acceptance, I will perform the services described in the invoice. Any additional services requested by you and not covered by the estimate will incur additional charges. 2. Schedule. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in accordance with the schedule in the estimate, or as otherwise approved by the parties in writing. 3. Changes. Changes in the specifications, quantities, schedule, or other aspects of the services requested or approved by you do not become binding unless accepted by myself in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay such increased charges. 4. Payment Terms. All invoices for services covered by the quote are payable within five(5) days after the invoice date. 5. Smoking Policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. In the event that smoking occurs, a fee of $150 will be charged for every group of six individuals found in violation of this policy. 6. Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. 7. Late Payment. In the event that payment is not received within the specified timeframe, a late fee of $75 will be applied to the outstanding balance for each week that the payment remains overdue. 8. Damages. You are responsible for any damages caused to the premises, equipment, or any other property belonging to myself during the course of the shoot. This includes but is not limited to damages caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts. You agree to promptly notify me of any damages incurred during the shoot. 9. Assessment and Repair. In the event of damages, I reserve the right to assess the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate course of action for repair or replacement. You agree to cooperate fully in the assessment process and to cover all reasonable costs associated with the repair or replacement of damaged property. 10. Deposit. A security deposit may be required prior to the commencement of the shoot to cover any potential damages. This deposit will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe upon satisfactory inspection of the premises and equipment, less any deductions for damages or outstanding fees.
